Multitasking Ability Assessment
Working on multiple tasks or assignments at the same time is a common practice in contemporary work environments. As technology continues to evolve, new innovations allow people to carry out multiple tasks at the same time. As companies are being asked to do more with less, it is becoming increasingly important for employees to switch attention between tasks quickly and effectively. To address the need for measuring this critical competency, PreVisor has designed a Multitasking Ability test. This assessment is a 20 minute simulation designed to assess multitasking ability though the simultaneous presentation of two activities, including work-related problem solving and an email inbox. Using state-of-the art diagnostics, the scoring is done automatically once the test is completed and the results are communicated to the hiring manager within seconds.
Global Personality Inventory® (GPI)
The GPI is the world’s only personality inventory designed for global use in predicting success at all levels. Utilizing 300 items, the GPI measures 37 characteristics important for professionals, managers, and executives, including 5 characteristics that can lead to career derailment. The GPI can be used across cultures for the selection, development and coaching of professional and managerial staff. GPI now offers Insight Reports to provide you with fast and effective access to your candidate’s results in a clear and easy to use manner. Candidate Profile, Competency and Managerial reports each give you the power to assess a candidate’s results by norm group and competency. The GPI is now available in English (U.K.), English (U.S.), French, Spanish, German, Swiss, Dutch, and Chinese (Simplified).
Spoken Language Assessment Solutions
When spoken English or Spanish skills are critical for success on the job, quickly and objectively screen candidates with PreVisor’s Spoken Language Assessments. These assessments are fifteen minute spoken tests for non-native speakers of either English or Spanish. Administered automatically in just minutes by telephone anytime, anywhere, the Spoken Language Assessments allow you to evaluate all candidates consistently with objective, unbiased scoring. Microsoft Excel 2007 - Full Assessment
The Microsoft Excel 2007 full assessment evaluates the candidate's experience in sorting and filtering data, entering basic formulas, modifying cell formatting and content, inserting and labeling charts, using templates, saving workbooks for earlier versions of Excel, viewing and printing workbooks. It also assesses the candidates ability to manage workbooks and worksheets, add headers, footers and page breaks, create and label charts and pivot tables, using conditional formatting and conditional statements, setting a print area, configuring worksheet protection settings, creating hyperlinks, and importing data.
