PreVisor Talent Measurement engages in a process of continuous validation and improvement. This involves conducting validation and Business Outcome studies to demonstrate the value of online testing and optimize assessment effectiveness.
In a typical validation or Business Outcome study, client organisations provide business metrics relevant to individual performance (such as sales, quality scores, service ratings, tenure, or attendance), and these data are matched to PreVisor's assessment testing data. Validity analyses are then conducted and reports are generated that compare assessment scores to outcome metrics.
The results of the validation research provide data to demonstrate the impact of the assessment solution on key business metrics, and provide additional support for legal defensibility of the assessment. Results are further used to optimise the assessment (for example, fine-tune scoring and enhance content where needed) to ensure that predictive validity is maximised and adverse impact is kept at a minimum. This model of "continuous validation" can be repeated at regular intervals to ensure that the assessment is providing optimal value to our clients.
