DeVry, Inc. selects PreVisor for global staffing initiative  

Education leader signs three-year commitment for universal talent measurement tools

ATLANTA, GA - (PRWeb) March 26, 2009 - PreVisor, the global leader in employment assessments and talent measurement solutions that connect hiring decisions to business results, announced today a 3-year global contract with new client partner DeVry, Inc. (DV). Assessment and interview tools will be used enterprise-wide for filling positions at every level in the organization up to the C-Suite.

DeVry made the decision to implement a consistent assessment process across the organization which was tied to their leadership success profile. By doing so the company expects to realize increased quality of hire and improved retention rates.

To find the right vendor, DeVry completed a lengthy RFI and RFP process to pinpoint a provider that would not only deliver measurable ROI, but provide the best customer service, assessment validity data and technologically advanced tools.

"We were looking particularly for a vendor to partner with us who had depth of experience, strong industrial-organizational foundations and would supply us with business results data," emphasized Martinez. "Before the search began, our team developed a strategic workforce plan, and then completed company-wide job analyses from which we identified key competencies necessary for successful performance. Laying this groundwork ahead of time enabled us to find the best partner who would fit our process."

DeVry has over 7,700 full-time employees in over 100 locations worldwide. The home office is located in Oakbrook Terrace outside of Chicago, Ill. In addition to rolling out the new talent measurement program in the U.S., DeVry will use the same model in Dominica, St. Kitts-Nevis, Grand Bahama, and Hong Kong.
